Dr. Todd Pickman

Dr. Todd Pickman is the Clinic Director and owner of Gonstead Spine & Wellness in Meridian, Idaho. He leads the practice with a distinctive three-pillar clinical model that blends the Gonstead Method, Chiropractic BioPhysics®, and functional movement–based corrective exercise. This integrated approach restores segmental integrity, improves structural posture, and enhances movement patterns so patients can return to an active, resilient life.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Pickman is the founder of MoveNow University, an education platform that trains chiropractors worldwide to integrate functional movement and corrective exercise into their clinics. All MoveNow seminars to date have been delivered exclusively at the Gonstead Spine & Wellness flagship clinic, where he and his team have taught more than a dozen immersive, hands-on events. MoveNow University now supports over 200 clinics globally, and doctors from across the country routinely travel to Meridian for advanced training in the Segment-Posture-Movement model.

A meaningful full-circle moment in Dr. Pickman’s career has been the addition of Dr. Beau Warlick to the practice. The two first met when Dr. Pickman was 19 years old at the Gonstead Seminars, where Dr. Warlick—already a respected instructor—became his earliest mentor in chiropractic. Years later, their professional paths have reunited, and Dr. Warlick now practices alongside him, bringing decades of experience, decompression expertise, and a shared commitment to precise, evidence-based care.
