Dr. Rob Lane

Dr. Lane is a Lincoln, Nebraska native who graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Sciences. After completing his undergraduate studies, he spent two years working in the health and fitness industry in Seattle, Washington, before continuing his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

During his time at Palmer, Dr. Lane interned in the Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Department, where he honed advanced techniques in manual therapy and physical rehabilitation. He graduated with honors in 2012 and has since dedicated his career to blending chiropractic care, strength training, and rehabilitation to optimize human performance.

Returning to Lincoln, Dr. Lane founded a hybrid chiropractic and strength-conditioning practice that served youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, including current and former University of Nebraska athletes. His expertise also extends to working with professional and collegiate athletes in performance enhancement, NFL Combine preparation, and injury rehabilitation. Additionally, Dr. Lane has contributed to military performance as an outside tactical performance coach, helping service members optimize their physical resilience and readiness.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Lane enjoys spending time outdoors, staying physically active, and golfing with his kids.

Dr. Lane’s passion for helping people stems from his own transformative experiences with chiropractic care and physical therapy. His mission is to empower his patients to live active, high-performing lives. Reflecting on his decision to join Ascend Chiropractic, he shared: “Our shared values of honest and evidence-based care made joining this team an easy decision.
