Dr. Rafael De Souza
Dr. Rafael, a native of Jundiaí, Brazil, has always been driven by a deep passion for sports and a desire to help others. Growing up in a family with a basketball background, it was no surprise that he developed a love for the game. His father and uncle, both professional basketball players who represented the Brazilian national team in multiple Olympics, inspired him to pursue his dreams on the court.
While pursuing his college education and playing basketball in the United States, Dr. Rafael faced his own personal battle with recurring low back issues. These challenges not only fueled his determination to find a solution for his own pain but also ignited a desire to help others prevent and recover from similar injuries.
Driven by his personal experience and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others, Dr. Rafael made the decision to pursue a career in chiropractic care. He recognized the power of chiropractic care in addressing musculoskeletal issues and promoting overall wellness.
Dr. Rafael’s journey led him to complete his chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he excelled in his studies and gained a comprehensive understanding of the human body, biomechanics, and natural healing techniques. With a strong foundation in chiropractic principles, he provides effective and personalized care to his patients.
Combining his expertise in chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic exercises, Dr. Rafael is dedicated to helping his patients achieve optimal spinal health and overall well-being. He believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of pain and discomfort.
Outside the office, Dr. Rafael finds joy in different activities that contribute to his personal and professional growth. He likes going to the gym as well as reading in his free time. He also loves trying new restaurants and different types of food with his friends and family.
