Dr. Lance Doppler
Dr. Lance Doppler was born in Wheaton, MN and has spent much of his life in the Midwest before finding his home in Montana. After moving to Lewistown, he quickly fell in love with the state’s pace, people, and natural beauty — and knew he wanted to build his future here.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team. Dr. Doppler went on to graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2012 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic, along with certifications in X-ray and National Board licensure.
Dr. Doppler takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans for every patient — from newborns just days old to active seniors in their 90s. His approach is rooted in whole-body wellness, function, and long-term results.
He’s also a strong believer in building a better future for Helena through youth programs, team activities, and community involvement. Whether he’s in the clinic or on the court coaching youth sports, Dr. Doppler is passionate about helping people grow, move, and thrive.
Outside the office, he and his wife Monique are proud to be raising their three children — Mason, Brooklyn, and Ryder — in the Helena community they now call home.
