Dr. James Tait

Dr. James Tait grew up in Richmond, Virginia where he attended Virginia Commonwealth University and received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Exercise allowed him to discover his passion for getting patients well without medication.

He traveled to Port Orange, Florida to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Tait studied various clinical techniques which enabled him to treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.

While in Chiropractic school, he was also fortunate enough to meet his wife Dr. Ansley Turner. She is a native Kentuckian. Dr. Tait opened Central Kentucky Chiropractic with Ansley and her sister, Dr. Jenna Turner.

Dr. Tait enjoys sports like football, golf and outdoor activities and is looking forward to enjoying all that Kentucky has to offer. Dr. Tait is proud to be a part of the Lexington community!
