Dr. Chad Mathey

Dr. Chad Mathey is a certified doctor of chiropractic serving patients in Oklahoma City, OK at NuLife Chiropractic and Neuropathy. Dr. Mathey treats patients by enhancing the natural healing efforts of the body through chiropractic care. Some of the services offered to patients include pain relief for the neck, back, headaches, and sciatica, among others. He also provides specialized services such as auto accident injuries, work related injuries, neuropathy treatment, chiropractic services and sports injuries.

Before Chiropractic school, Dr. Mathey was a student at UCO and an amateur powerlifter. He trained with USPF Powerlifting Hall of Famer Rickey Dale Crain and with his help was able to set and break multiple state records. A result of one of his meets was an upper back injury from the bench press. So Dr. Mathey sought out treatment from Dr. Rich Edwards in Edmond, OK. This was his first experience with a chiropractor. As a result of the treatment, he decided to forego physical therapy school and chose chiropractic college instead because of what it did for him. Dr. Mathey graduated from Cleveland College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a doctor of Chiropractic. He received advanced post graduate training in postural rehab, scoliosis treatment, abs soft tissue relief through the Pettibon method and he continues to learn new and breakthrough methods of treatment to this day. Dr. Mathey uses the Gonstead Method of adjusting because it seems to be more specific than other techniques, in his experience. Dr. Mathey gets treatment for his low back using this method also. Dr. Mathey has had multiple surgeries from sports injuries and other issues so he understands your pain.

Dr. Mathey is born and raised in southwestern Oklahoma.
