Dr. Andrew Segarra

A 1998 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Dr. Segarra brings extensive experience to every patient interaction. His journey in healthcare began at the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he earned his B.A. in Biology while serving as an athletic trainer. This early experience gave him valuable insights into treating sports-related injuries effectively.

Dr. Segarra’s unique background includes collaboration with various healthcare professionals at First Choice Family Healthcare in Raleigh, Chicago’s Edgewater Hospital, and the Chicago AIDS Alternative Health Project. This team-based approach to patient care sets our practice apart, leading to better outcomes for complex cases.

His expertise includes certifications in treating extremity conditions, Webster Pregnancy, Trigenics, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Activator®, and ProAdjuster techniques. Dr. Segarra actively serves the Harrisburg community through his involvement with the Southwest Cabarrus Rotary Club and Cabarrus Chamber of Commerce.
