Dr. Andre West
Dr. Andre West is a proud Navy veteran who served both active and reserve duty as a hospital corpsman at various military medical facilities and as a Field Medical Corpsman with the U.S. Marine infantry.
He also gained valuable experience as a clinical research assistant during his undergraduate and graduate training. Dr. West earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Temple University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 1997.
With over 25 years of experience, Dr. West is certified as an advanced-level Active Release Technique (ART) Elite Provider, board certified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP), and certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CEP). He is also an expert in clinical nutrition. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them achieve and maintain optimal function and a healthy, active lifestyle through personalized treatment and education.
Dr. West employs a variety of treatment techniques including manual spine and extremity adjustments, table-assisted adjustments, advanced ART protocols for upper and lower extremities, as well as corrective exercise and stretching programs. He provides specialized care for professional and amateur athletes across a wide range of sports including paddleboarding, rowing, volleyball, running, cycling, surfing, soccer, tennis, and pickleball.
Beyond clinical care, Dr. West volunteers as part of treatment teams at major sporting events such as the Vans Pipe Masters, XTERRA Trail Run World Championships, Spartan Races, Century 100 Cycle Race, and the Ironman World Championship. In addition to his healthcare career, he is also an actor in theater, television, and film, and a member of SAG-AFTRA.
