Dr. Alex Anderson
Dr. Alex was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended Skutt Catholic High School where he pursued his passion for sports by playing football and basketball. During his junior year, Alex was introduced to chiropractic for the first time due to injury. Alex graduated from Skutt in 2006 and attended Northwest Missouri State University where he played football. He graduated from NWMSU in 2011 with a degree in Biology/Biochemistry. After graduating, Alex then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa from 2011 to 2014. Alex worked as an associate for Advanced Chiropractic Solutions in Lincoln, NE from 2014-2018 before opening his own practice.
Alex utilizes several different adjusting methods depending on the patient and problem. Techniques include Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Flexion Distraction. Alex also specializes in soft tissue therapy including both manual and instrument-assisted techniques. He currently lives in Omaha with his fiance, Dr. Whitney, and their two dogs, Titan and Nate. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf and basketball, grilling, and being outdoors with the dogs!
