Dr. AJ Moody

Dr. AJ Moody grew up right here in Omaha, Nebraska. After graduating from Millard West High School, he attended the University of Nebraska Omaha before earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland University-Kansas City, College of Chiropractic in Overland Park. Omaha has always held a special place in his heart, and returning home to care for the people of this community has been one of his greatest joys.

During his clinical training, Dr. AJ had the privilege of serving at both the CUKC Chiropractic Clinic and the KC Care Clinic in downtown Kansas City. These experiences exposed him to patients of all ages and walks of life, and gave him the opportunity to refine his skills in delivering chiropractic care that is both neurologically focused and family-centered. Whether caring for children, athletes, parents, or grandparents, Dr. AJ’s mission is to help every individual function at their highest potential. He is especially passionate about serving families and loves answering questions about how chiropractic care can impact the health and well-being of children.

Dr. AJ was originally called to chiropractic care in his search for a natural, drug-free approach to healing. Experiencing firsthand how chiropractic helped his own body adapt, heal, and thrive inspired him to pursue this path as a lifelong calling. Today, he feels incredibly blessed to walk alongside patients on their wellness journeys, providing not just adjustments, but encouragement, education, and hope. With genuine joy and gratitude, Dr. AJ is proud to be part of the Awaken Chiropractic team and is committed to helping the Omaha community live healthier, fuller lives through true correction and neurologically focused care.
