Dr. Robert Nilles

I was born and raised in a small rural Iowa town named LeMars Iowa. LemarsIowa is known as the Ice Cream Capital of The World. I grew up on a farm and was taught to work hard and be humble. After high school, I went to a small Catholic college in Sioux City Iowa, named Briar Cliff. I then moved to Kansas City for three years. It was then that I decided to go back to chiropractic school.

You see when I was 14 I was in a snow tubing accident that left me almost paralyzed from the waist down. The local medical doctors didn’t know what to do so they said take me home and wait and see. After 2 days I wasn’t getting better – so my father took me to a chiropractor in Marcus Iowa. After 2 adjustments I could walk and in less than a week I was back healthy again. I kind of knew then how powerful chiropractic was.

In 1993 I enrolled at Palmer Chiropractic School in Davenport Iowa. In 1996, I graduated and moved back to LeMars to start my chiropractic office and raise my family.

My practice grew to be one of the largest 5 chiropractic offices in the state of Iowa. In 2014 I sold my practice to my nephew and moved to Omaha NE. Since then I have been practicing in Omaha and proud to be a Cornhusker fan!
