Dr. Spencer Eaton

Dr. Spencer Eaton grew up in Arizona and, after high school, proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Maryanne Eaton, originally from Orange, California, built a strong foundation in analytics, accounting, and finance before moving to Arizona. The two met while completing their undergraduate studies and soon after, married before embarking on their journey to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

Together, Drs. Eaton spent 17 years owning and operating a successful chiropractic practice in Las Vegas, refining their expertise and deepening their passion for natural health. Eventually, they returned to Arizona before setting their sights on Raleigh—now proudly calling it home as the owners of Midtown Chiropractic Clinic.

With a shared commitment to holistic wellness and patient care, they thrive on both treating and educating their community. Outside the clinic, they love to travel and explore new culinary experiences, always eager to learn and discover.
