Dr. Adam Roussel

Dr. Adam Roussel is the founder and clinical director of Riverbend Family Chiropractic in Destrehan, Louisiana.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Life University.

Dr. Roussel also holds a Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree from LSU Medical Center bringing a unique dual perspective to patient care — blending advanced rehabilitation strategies with corrective spinal treatment.

Dr. Roussel is currently completing a Diplomate program in Orthopedics and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (DIANM) from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, a rigorous postdoctoral program focusing on non-surgical spine care, orthopedics, and advanced clinical diagnostics.

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Roussel has helped thousands of patients recover from chronic pain, disc injuries, and spinal degeneration through modern, evidence-based chiropractic and decompression therapies. His passion lies in helping people regain mobility, avoid unnecessary surgery, and restore their quality of life through safe, natural, and effective care. Dr. Roussel is trained and certified in all therapeutic modalities utilized at Riverbend Family Chiropractic.
