DR. MATT DRAKE

Dr. Matt grew up in Tonganoxie, Kansas, and discovered his passion for chiropractic care early in life. Dedicated to launching a career in holistic care, he pursued an accelerated educational path and earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Doctorate of Chiropractic in just six years. Shortly after graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College, he fulfilled his dream by opening Drake Chiropractic in 2013. Dr. Matt has pursued advanced training to better serve his patients. He completed the prestigious DABCI program (Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists), equipping him with specialized knowledge in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of internal health conditions using natural, non-pharmaceutical approaches. He is also trained in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), an internationally recognized technique for assessing and treating spinal and extremity pain through patient-centered movement and self-care strategies.

Dr Matt is also among a highly selective group of chiropractors in the country trained in Upper Cervical Stress Analysis which requires a specialized technique that targets the upper two vertebrae to promote pain relief, stress reduction, and overall health improvement. He also combines soft-tissue therapies with chiropractic adjustments through the use of Graston, dry needling, kinesiotaping, and corrective kinesiology in order to aid in recovery and prevent future injuries.

Outside the office, Dr. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Sarah, and their three children. He is also an avid football fan and loves fishing and traveling!
