Dr. Justin Jesperson

Dr. Justin Jesperson grew up in a chiropractic family—his father, grandfather and uncle were all chiropractors who practiced together in San Diego. As a kid, Dr. Justin wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a chiropractor. But in college, he had his doubts. He wanted to choose a different path, but he didn’t know what path to take.

He took some aptitude and occupational testing, and that left him feeling just as conflicted. Finally, he prayed about it. He felt that the answer to his prayer was that he had to become a chiropractor, and that he would have the support he needed to follow his path. From that moment on, he knew that chiropractic was his true calling.

Dr. Justin attended Cleveland University—Kansas City, graduating with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2008. In 2009, he became the third generation of Jesperson chiropractors in his family’s practice in San Diego. After a decade there, Dr. Justin and his family relocated to Idaho and, in 2021, purchased Balanced Movement Chiropractic. He’s passionate about sharing his expertise and experience with health-minded families here to help create a healthier community.

Dr. Justin has extensive training in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care and is certified by the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Jesperson uses a variety of specific chiropractic techniques to identify and correct spinal dysfunctions that may be contributing to your health concerns. His approach includes Diversified, Gonstead, and Thompson Drop Table methods, along with extensive advanced training in Activator Methods and Torque Release Technique.
