Dr. Bruce Atkinson
Dr. Bruce Atkinson is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for holistic health and wellness. Born in Fairfield, California, Dr. Atkinson pursued his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University-Hawaii where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California. Committed to continuous professional development, Bruce holds certifications as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (C.C.S.P.) and is Certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (C.M.U.A.). Dr. Atkinson is fluent in Spanish and is happy to serve the Hispanic community.
Beyond his healthcare endeavors, Dr. Atkinson has a passion for sports, particularly for volleyball. He served as the Division I Volleyball Coach for Delaware State University from 2019 to 2023, where he led the team to back-to-back National Tournament appearances, earning the title of MEAC Coach of the Year in 2021. Dr. Atkinson is the proud husband and father of four children and resides in Camden-Wyoming. He enjoys fishing, camping, and volunteering with local youth athletic teams in his spare time.
